Welcome to CareHQ’s website (Website) and thank you for taking the time to read these Website terms of use, which apply to your use of the Website and all information, products, services, applications and portals we offer or provide on the Website (Website Services).
Any reference in these terms of use to “CareHQ”, “us”, “we” or “our” means CareHQ Limited. CareHQ is a partnership between Southern Cross Health Insurance and ProCare and is a virtual consultation service that provides Kiwis with a convenient and easy to use platform for a virtual medical consultation.
By accessing and using the Website you are deemed to agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of use, unfortunately we ask that you please do not access or use the Website or any Website Services. You may not sign-up to for a CareHQ’s account on our Website unless you are at least 16 years of age.
The information, data and advice contained on this Website is provided for the purposes of informing you about CareHQ and the services we offer.
While CareHQ will endeavour to keep the contents of the Website up to date and accurate, we do not warrant or represent to you or any other person that such content is accurate, complete or up to date at all times. You will not rely on any of the information, data and advice provided on the CareHQ website.
CareHQ will provide the Website and any Website Services that you request with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not represent or warrant that the Website or any Website Services will:

Operate on a continuous or fault-free basis or at any particular time or location
